I don’t know I guess I must be completely irresponsible and reckless with my keyboards, because I go through way too many of them. This keyboard I’m using right now? The enter key gets stuck. So I have to use the one over by the number pad, which is not convenient when typing. And there’s no way to repair this one key so I have to buy a whole new keyboard. If I was buying some ten dollar piece of crap keyboards, then who cares if it breaks, but these are nice! And I’m going to buy another nice keyboard to replace this one because I type a lot and I don’t want to use some piece of crap. I bet if I buy the cheapest keyboard I can find it will somehow last for the next ten years and I will hate it every time I use it.

Which one are you thinking you’re gonna go with? I’m not being sarcastic I’m nerdilly interested.
I might buy the same one that broke because I liked it when it was working:

But I might try this wacky Logitech Wave keyboard instead:

Or I might buy a cheap piece of crap because I’m seriously sick of spending 40+ dollars on keyboards that break.

More good news: one of my mouse buttons is not functional so I’ll have to replace that too.
The wacky Logitech Wave keyboard is actually really awesome – we had some set up at Best Buy before I quit and it was my favorite keyboard we carried. If you decide to spend lots of money on a keyboard instead of going for the cheap $7 one, my vote is for the Wave.
I think I’ll give the Wave a try. With my luck it will be broken in a couple months anyway so if I don’t like it I won’t have to use it for long.
